I called into the Peter Oliver barbershop in Ballyhackamore and was very impressed with the friendliness of the girls. I had my young son with me who hates getting his hair done but the Spanish girl did an excellent job at settling him down then gave him a great hair cut. When she was finished she treated him a box of raisins. I think he wanted sweets but I was more than happy.

I have been using Peter Oliver barbers on Bloomfield Avenue for several years and have always been happy. I always wait on John, (I think he is part owner) John never rushes a haircut he always takes his time and always talks sense. He is a real Master Barber.

Vivian is probably the best hairdresser in Newtownards. She has been cutting my husbands hair for years. A few years ago she talked about leaving but thankfully she hasn't or my husband would be lost.

I never leave testimonials but after being in the Lisburn Rd shop I felt compelled to email. A pretty young girl called Emma looked after me exceptionally well. I was getting a shave and haircut on the morning of my wedding. The shave was very close shave and finished with a very soothing face massage. It totally de-stressed me, got rid of my wedding day nerves. And the haircut was a very stylish cut.

Kirsty cut my hair today in Bloomfield Avenue, (I asked her name as I was very impressed with her) She has a country charm that belies her cutting ability. I will be back.

I have been going to Peter's in Ards for years and was disappointed that I don't see him so much now, then an attractive lady started called Helena. Peter you don't have to come back, she is as good as you but prettier.

Diane works in the Lisburn Road shop and she is a great cutter. I have followed her from Bangor to Bloomfield Av. and now Lisburn Rd. Your haircuts are great and I love your knowledge of all the gigs taking place. I also love listening to the music that you play.

I have been to all the Peter Oliver's and I think they are all super. Upmarket shops that are manly and modern but still have an old barbershop feel. I love the music and complimentary coffee. Keep it up.

I have been getting my hair cut by Olivia for years, and when she went to work in Peter Olivers I happily followed her. So I was very pleased to hear that she is going to be running her own Peter Olivers branch in Church Lane, Belfast. I'm looking forward to it opening.
